Chuck McGuire has over 27 years experience in sales and marketing and has held various positions during his career including Vice-President of Sales.  Chuck also held the position of Account Executive where he managed a portfolio of accounts worth over four million dollars.

In 1993 Chuck earned his real estate license. Acting as a referral agent over the years, he has assisted family and friends with their real estate needs working with full time Realtors.

Chuck says he enjoys sales because of the challenges, the ability to bring solutions to customers and developing relationships built upon reliability and trust. 

Chuck is a proud husband and father of two. He and his wife Robyn are celebrating 26 years of marriage in 2008.

Chuck is a sports enthusiast and his hobbies include golf, motorcycling and basketball officiating.

As a native of Central Jersey with more than 20 years experience in real estate, Gail brings not only her resale expertise, but her thorough knowledge of the central Jersey marketplace to the Sold By Matt Team.  To that end, she works specifically with Buyer Clients to help them identify their particular needs, assists with mortgage financing, and negotiates offers to help buyers purchase the home they want for the best possible price. 

Gail’s varied background and experience as a Teacher, Executive Assistant, and Meeting Planner all combine to make her the dedicated and knowledgeable agent that she is today.  

Because of her outstanding people skills, Gail is able to relate very well to her buyers, guiding them every step of the way in the sometimes challenging home-buying process.   From the first time she takes a client to look at properties to the day of closing, she is there to provide emotional, as well as professional, support.  She understands that every home purchase is a big decision, and she will ensure that every buyer is well-informed in order to make the best choice.
